If you are looking to add a treatment to you booking please give us a call as this is not an option online.

All bookings require a $75 deposit to secure your appointment. This will go towards your total balance the day of your appointment. Please note your deposit is refundable or can be transferred to your next appointment if we are given a 48 hour notice of any cancellation or need for reschedule. If we are not given a 48 hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be lost. If you cancel your booking online please call the clinic at 613-237-9595 to receive a refund or send an email to info@jnycosmetics.com as this the refunds are not issued automatically.

If your annual consultation is due, you are doing a new treatment area, or it is your first time with us a consultation will automatically be booked in with your treatment.
